The Enabling Environment For CSOs In Congo Brazzaville

At a time when civil society has decided to engage fully in the search for well-being of the population, it is imperious to bring to the attention of the greatest number of people and institutions its modes intervention. By supporting grassroots initiatives in their own plural, it is more than normal to not be burdened with blurred shots.
In fact, civil society, while refusing to replace public power or dynamics of its core communities, operates in a transparent manner and with the agreement of target groups, in various sectors such as good governance, health, food security, environment, appropriate technologies, civic and moral education, defense and promotion of human rights, democratization, education and peace.
Thus, this study does provide an initial response to the expectations often repeated at both the grassroots and partners, decision makers at local, national or foreign level.
