It is with a broken heart that I write to you on the demise of our comrade Rev. Malcolm Damon. As some of you may know, Comrade Malcolm was the first Chairperson of the Reality of Aid Africa and one of the founder members of the network. Comrade passed on on Sunday 8th. Rev. Malcolm started and steered our network until he was invited to the Reality of Aid Global Network as the Chairperson. He was the first one from here too. We at RoA Africa and indeed CPDE Africa has greatly benefited from his friendship, charm, humor, expertise and invaluable contribution to the struggles of economic justice in this great continent of ours. We join the Family of the Economic Justice Network in their sadness in moaning and also of the celebration of this gallant son of Africa. May Almighty God rest his mighty soul in PEACE. You fought a good fight, my brother... Amba gahle! Kwa heri ya kuonana. Till we meet again comrade.
